Between Flamingo and Conchal, Casa Vista Azul was conceived as both a family retreat and a high-end vacation residence. HUVY shaped its creative direction, interiors and experience around one simple idea: a beautiful home should make people want to stay.
Deep blues, warm woods, natural textures and thoughtful details bring the landscape inside — creating a home that feels distinctly Guanacaste, yet deeply personal to the family who owns it.

The inspiration began thousands of miles away.
At the owner's lake house in Virginia, summers mean generations gathering around the same table — children, siblings and parents spending time together by the water.
Casa Vista Azul was designed to carry that same feeling to Costa Rica. Our creative direction began with the landscape. The blue of the Pacific, the warmth of natural wood.the texture of stone and the ease of coastal living.

We traveled to Virginia to curate the objects that would complete Casa Vista Azul — bringing the client directly into the process of seeing, touching and choosing the pieces that would eventually live in Costa Rica.
